In the Park of Val d'Orcia (Siena, Tuscany), situated in a splendid panoramic position, lies Agriturismo Casa Tonietti (Holiday Farm). With three double bedrooms offering the possibility of half or full board accomodation.

This splendid family run business offers the possibility of dining in a rustic but at the same time elegant surroundings in a friendly atmosphere, whilst during the summer extends into a vast outdoor space overlooking the landscapes typical of this territory.

The restaurant offers it's own farm products such as lamb, fresh vedgetables, fruit, poultry, but also farm products from other local farms such as high quality meat chianine, local cheese "Pecorino di Pienza", olive oil (extra vergine).
The menù of Casa Tonietti cannot by complete without the typical tuscan fry, this consists of rabbit, chicken, courgettes, courgette flowers, chicory and various other vedgetables.

Another speciality is the fresh hand cut home made pasta, just as grandma used to make, in particular:
tagliolini with truffels,
pice with spicey tomato sauce,
gnocchi with meat sauce,
pork cooked in a huge oven heated by a wooden fire, grilled chicken, grilled veal with fresh green pepper; this again high quality chianina meat.

The house wine is produced localy but further more on request prestige wines are also available of various vintages, including Brunello of Montalcino.
